Description
Marine phytoplankton growing medium (1000x concentrated). Walnes medium is a widely used growing medium for growing marine algae and particularly good for flagellate algae. Specifically suited to Isochrysis, Pavlova and Tetraselmis species. Walne's growing medium for algae cultures provides a well balanced source of major nutrients, trace metals, and vitamins.
Ingredients: Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Trace metals, Vitamins (B1, B12).
Note: This item does not contain silicates. If required, a sodium metasilicate solution can be purchased separately.Dosage: Add 1 ml of Walne's fertilizer to 1 L of culture (clean saltwater + phytoplankton).
