"Little creatures zooplankton and aquaculture's" Dioithona Rigida Copepods are a harpacticoid copepod, meaning they are bottom dwellers. This species of copepod is very popular in fish hatcheries because they are hardy, easily cultured and reproduce prolifically, with a single female producing up to 400 eggs per lay.
