Refund & Store Credit Policy
Little Creatures Zooplankton & Aquaculture is committed to ensuring your live goods arrive in excellent condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, store credit is offered in most cases instead of refunds.
🐠 Live Foods Guarantee:
If your live food arrives in poor condition, you may keep it, and we will issue 100% store credit for the affected items. Eligibility applies if the item has perished in transit or is clearly unsatisfactory upon arrival. Note that delays under seven days typically don’t qualify due to the resilience of our cultures.
📦 Not Received:
If your parcel is marked delivered but hasn’t been received, you can choose between a free resend or store credit. Refunds via our payment platform are only available when reshipping isn’t possible due to weather, location, or timing.
❌ No Refunds on Live/Perishable Items:
Refunds are not provided for live or perishable goods as they cannot be returned or resold. Refunds are only considered if reshipping is not viable due to extreme delays or conditions.
🧪 Missing Items:
If your delivery is incomplete, we’ll either resend the missing items or apply store credit, whichever suits your needs.
🚚 Reshipping Terms:
We reserve the right to select the safest and most reliable shipping method for resends, considering product sensitivity, climate conditions, and shelf life.
📦 Damaged Packaging:
Packaging that arrives damaged without leaking or product loss does not qualify for a refund or store credit.
💳 Store Credit:
Store credit is applied automatically.
