We’re dedicated to ensuring your live goods arrive healthy and in great condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer store credit in most cases rather than refunds. Please review the details below:

🐠 Live Foods Guarantee
If your live food arrives in poor condition, you’re welcome to keep it — and we’ll issue 100% store credit for the affected items.
You’re eligible if:
The item has perished in transit
The quality is clearly unsatisfactory on arrival
Note: Delays under 7 days are not normally eligible due to the resilience of our cultures. Shipping delays must exceed 7 days from dispatch to qualify.

If your parcel is marked delivered but hasn’t been received:

A free resend
Store credit
Refunds via our payment platform are only available when reshipping isn’t possible due to weather, location, or timing.

We do not offer refunds for live or perishable goods, as they cannot be returned or resold.
Refunds are only considered if a resend is not viable due to extreme delay or conditions.
